I’m Susan, a certified holistic wellness coach, here to help you push through challenges and move forward in a way that genuinely works for you, based around your needs. My support comes with patience, sensitivity, and a thoughtful, mature understanding gained through my own life experience.

There's a point where surface-level advice and hollow platitudes aren't helpful. What's far more useful is a listening ear with honest feedback and practical guidance as you “think out loud" and explore options freely; that's what I'm here to provide. (And my listening ability has been described as quite magical!)
