I’m Susan, a midlife transition and wellness coach, here to help you navigate the changes and challenges that come with middle age. The road may feel a little bumpy at times, but with my personalized guidance and support, you can get unstuck and start moving in the right direction.

As a middle-aged woman myself, my approach is grounded not just in training, but in real-world experience. Along with encouragement (because I firmly believe everyone can benefit from a healthy dose of it!) I bring patience, sensitivity, insight, and a thoughtful, mature understanding of how life actually unfolds. (And my listening ability has been described as magical!)
