Each workshop is based around a dynamic self-discovery tool — an assessment, workbook, or worksheet — designed to empower participants with knowledge, insight, and awareness they can easily integrate into daily life. Rooted in the same blend of reflection and practical action found in my book Living Well: Self-Discovery, Connection and Growth, these sessions bring ideas to life in a way that feels authentic, grounded, and personally relevant — offering depth and added benefits beyond what can be achieved just by using the tools independently without any guidance.
