Hi there, I'm Susan, a certified coach, here to help you navigate life's changes and challenges so you can get unstuck and move forward. 

My coaching starts with me listening to you, so I can understand where you're at, what's important to you, and where you want to get to. From there, we look at how you can start moving from where you are to where you would like to be, and how we can address the obstacles that may be getting in your way.

With a holistic approach that considers how different areas of your life connect, we'll work together to map out personalized steps that make sense and feel right to you. 

Make changes that feel natural and authentic to who you are

Life can pull the rug out from under you at times, leaving you feeling disoriented and overwhelmed as you struggle to find your footing.

Other times, you might feel like something is either in your way or holding you back. Maybe you feel as if you're spinning your wheels endlessly, but still unsure about your next steps. Then there are times when you know what you need to do, but somehow you just can't seem to follow through.

Coaching will help you make changes in a way that feels natural and authentic to who you are. You'll work through the challenges and integrate new thoughts, habits, and behaviours into your identity in a real way, so you continue to benefit long after our coaching sessions have ended.
